3. Prices
The prices shown on this web site are per room in the currency indicated and they include VAT and local taxes, unless otherwise stated.
These prices have been negotiated between accommodation providers and goNaxos.com to your benefit.
4. Reservation
By making a reservation with an accommodation provider, you accept and agree to the reservation, cancellation, no-show and early check out policy of that accommodation provider.
In order booking to be confirmed, the client must provide valid credit or debit card details, which are available to the accommodation provider.
goNaxos.com will not deduct any money from your credit card.
The accommodation provider with which you will make the reservation may pre-authorise or charge your credit card according to their reservation terms / policy.
A booking confirmation email shall be sent to the client at the email address have provided, therefore the client must make sure the validity of the email address provided.
A copy of the booking confirmation is also sent to the accommodation provider.
For client's convenience, the booking confirmation is also available and accessible on this web site by the client through the "My Reservation".
If for any reason, the accommodation provider is unable to handle the reservation as it was confirmed by the time of booking,
they must arrange the client an equal or higher standards accommodation at no extra cost.
5. Cancellation
By making a reservation with an accommodation provider, you accept and agree to the cancellation, no-show and early check out policy of that accommodation provider,
and to any subsequent terms, conditions and charges that may apply.
The cancellation terms / policy are described on the accommodation's information web page of this web site as well as on the booking confirmation.
Each accommodation provider has its own cancellation, no-show and early check out.
All cancellation requests must be addressed to the accommodation provider as promptly as possible.
In case cancellation fees should apply by the accommodation provider, these shall be directly deducted from the security deposit and if necessary
in the case where they exceed the deposit, these will be charged on client's credit / debit card by the accommodation provider.
You are advised that you read and understand the accommodation cancellation policy before proceeding with a booking,
as once your booking is confirmed the cancellation terms / policy will be applied.
6. Limit of Liability
The agreement concerning this service is between you and the accommodation provider,
therefore goNaxos.com cannot accept responsibility for the unlikely event of accommodation provider shortcomings.
goNaxos.com acts as an online booking system and it is not a party to the agreement between you and the accommodation provider
thus goNaxos.com has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that agreement.
goNaxos.com makes every effort to check the accuracy of information published on this website.
You should note however that we do not warrant that such information will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the information provided may include inaccuracies and / or typographical errors.
goNaxos.com shall not be involved -other than advise- and be responsible for any disputes with the accommodation provider, which may arise during the stay, after the stay or between booking and check-in date.

The information that you provide us with is protected and is only used by us for the purpose of carrying out your booking.

8. Service Improvement
Following your stay, goNaxos.com may ask you fill in a customer satisfaction survey on the accommodation provider concerned so as to contribute
to the continuous improvement of the quality of the services offered by accommodation provider and goNaxos.com.
9. Privacy policy
goNaxos.com protects your privacy.
Personal information submitted to goNaxos.com via this web site will only be used for the purposes of processing your booking and improve our service.
goNaxos.com will not disclose / provide your personal information to third parties, other to the accommodation providers for the sole purpose of booking.
We may use your personal information, only to
- send you an email inviting you to leave a guest review / fill in a customer satisfaction survey on the accommodation provider
- send you an email inviting you to fill in a customer satisfaction survey on goNaxos.com service quality
- send you occasionally an email for services goNaxos.com may offer and may be interested to you
