No, goNaxos.com will not charge your credit card. You book directly with the accommodations owner,
so your credit card charge depends upon hotel's booking / reservation / non-show policy.
Is a deposit amount required to confirm my booking?
It depends on hotel's reservations policy. Some hotels require a deposit amount to confirm the booking
and some others require credit card details only, as a guarantee in case you cancel.
In this case the hotel will charge you according to its cancellation policy that is clearly shown on both goNaxos.com and confirmation email.
What is the reservation, cancellation and non-show policy?
Each hotel has its own reservation, cancellation and non-show policy that vary from accommodation to accommodation.
Please make sure you read them before making a reservation.
How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
You will have to contact the hotel directly. In case of cancellation, the hotel's cancellation policy applies.
Are the prices shown, the lowest on the web?
goNaxos.com makes any effort in order hotels to offer you the lowest possible price. goNaxos.com always requires hotels
to offer the lower possible prices.
I made a reservation, what is next?
As soon as you fill the booking form and your credit card details have been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with
all reservation details, hotel contact details, reservation, cancellation, non-show policies.
It is advisable to print the confirmation page. The hotel also receives a copy of this email.
Soon after you your departure from your hotel, you will receive an invitation email to fill a guest review form for the hotel you stayed.
It is not compulsory, but it will be useful for other guests.
Are my credit card details protected?
To ensure your credit card details security, payments are made in a secure page certified by GoDaddy, that encrypts the credit card details
and encodes it into a non usable form. You can click GoDaddy' logo on payment page to verify the security.
